Public Procurement Law Review

Public Procurement Law ReviewThe Public Procurement Law Review is the leading international journal on public procurement law. The Review appears six times a year with three sections - major articles, news and analysis, and book reviews.

Launched originally in 1992 as a publication focused on EU and UK procurement law, the journal rapidly established itself at a global level. The Review now provides the leading international outlet for research relating to procurement law and regulation, containing articles on international law, comparative law and national procurement systems.

Whilst the journal focuses on procurement law, it is not limited to articles with a legal approach, but publishes analyses of issues of relevant to regulation by economists and political science, as well as lawyers. The News section of the review provides comprehensive coverage of the EU and UK level case law, legislation and other developments on public procurement, as well as coverage of other major international developments – for example, within the WTO and UNCITRAL.The PPLR is published by Sweet & Maxwell.

The General Editors are Dr Luke Butler and Professor Sue Arrowsmith (University of Nottingham). Professor Annamaria La Chimia, Dr Aris Georgopoulos and Dr Peter Trepete are Board Members of the Review.  Dr Paula Bordalo Faustino is Book Reviews Editors.
