Lexi leads the Beacon's communications strategy, telling the story of Future Food for multiple audiences. Lexi organises, writes, edits, and publishes the Future Food blog in collaboration with our researchers. She also writes our newsletter, and is the voice behind our social media accounts. She is always on the look out for stories about food experiences, histories, and cultures.
