Dr Anne Touboulic (Business School) works as part of the Rights Lab's Business and Economies Programme on the topic of sustainable supply chain management. She recently led a Rights Lab project exploring how companies in the food, fashion, cosmetics and electronics industries represent labour in their supply chains. Her research background is in the sustainable development agenda and its implications on organisational practices, specifically at operational and supply chain levels and with a primary focus on driving change towards more ecologically resilient and socially equitable production and consumption networks.
