Laoise Ní Bhriain

Laoise Ní Bhriain leads the Rights Lab's strategic project development with a focus on projects in partnership with NGOs, foundations, and governments. She works with all four of our research programmes on the design and delivery of research in collaboration with civil society organisations, development and humanitarian organisations, and government and community-based organisations. She works on the impact of research and the application of Rights Lab research in civil society interventions, co-develops research projects with external partners, and works to understand the research needs of the civil society sector in order to inform Rights Lab research priorities. Before joining the Rights Lab in 2019, she worked with Anti-Slavery International as Learning and Accountability Manager, focused on monitoring, evaluation and learning within a range of anti-slavery interventions in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the UK. She also has worked on human rights programmes in Ireland and Honduras. She holds a Masters in International Development from Kimmage Development Studies Centre.
