Dr. Lee Matthews (Business School) is part of the Rights Lab's Business and Economies Programme. His research area is sustainable supply chain management with a focus on environmental sustainability and environmental justice. His current projects include work on climate change strategies in corporate supply chains; and on biodiversity, natural capital, and supply chain management. With the Rights Lab he is working on the intersection of modern slavery and environmental justice, including issues of forced labour as they relate to Human Rights Defenders, environmental justice and supply chain management, and with a geographical focus on Brazil.
