Vicky Brotherton leads the Rights Lab's policy engagement and impact. She works with all of our researchers on the design and delivery of policy-focused research in collaboration with government, policy-makers, NGOs, people with lived experience, and other organisations and individuals with a policy interest. Vicky leads the Lab's work to achieve policy impact from research, co-develops research projects with a wide range of partners, and works to understand the research needs of the anti-slavery sector in order to inform research priorities.
