Medical student wins 3rd Prize at 5th International Academic and Research Conference of the Doctors Academy

 

Congratulations to Jasmine Teng, a third-year medical student, who won 3rd Prize out of 450 entrants at the 5th International Academic and Research Conference of the Doctors Academy in Manchester on 1st August. 

Her presentation was based on her BMedSci project entitled “Can Corynebacteria cause Pin Site Infections?” with co-authors Jennie Walker (PhD student), Waheed Ashraf and Prof Roger Bayston.
