Buildings, Energy and Environment Research Group

Adapting our buildings to cope with the impact of global warming is the challenge being tackled by the Buildings, Energy and Environment (BEE) research group.

The ambition of the research group is to improve the sustainable practice of buildings and engineering, in order to enhance the quality of the built environment.

Working with a number of industrial partners, they research methods to reduce the impact of those technologies we take for granted, such as ventilation, heating, cooling and power.
