We’re delighted to say that our application to the NIHR Programme Grants for Applied Research has been approved for funding.
This £2.6 million grant will fund a 5-year programme of work aiming to improve the lives of people with eczema by developing and evaluating online self-management resources.
This work will address two priorities identified as being important to patients and healthcare providers in our James Lind Alliance Eczema Priority Setting Partnership, which was conducted as part of our previous Programme Grant for Applied Research (full report | publicity report). The research will be co-led by Professor Kim Thomas (University of Nottingham) and Dr Miriam Santer (University of Southampton).
