Charlotte Goodrum, a third year medical student, presented at the annual meeting of the British Society for the Study of Vulval Disease (BSSVD) on 3 May 2019. This is a multidisciplinary national meeting attended by over 150 health professionals.
Charlotte presented on the subject of her BMedSci dissertation 'Developing outcome measures for lichen sclerosus'. The BMedSci project was supervised by Dr Rosalind Simpson and Dr Paul Leighton at the Centre of Evidence Based Dermatology. Charlotte was successful in being awarded a travel bursary to cover costs associated with attending this meeting.
