Aims

The project focuses on the repurposing and evaluation of digital learning tools originally developed by the e-learning department at the University of Stavanger. We will translate and redesign the learning tools which cover topics such as wound care, respiratory physiology and thermoregulation so that they are relevant for nursing students within each of the partner countries. The acceptability and integration of the digital tools will be evaluated with students and their tutors, and will provide important data around the efficacy for learning of OERs that have undergone adaptation and translation. The digital tools will be released as OERs (in the three different languages) for use on mobile devices within each country, and the audio will also be published freely accessible as podcasts on iTunes U.

Stage of Development

The project is currently underway.
