Aims

E-tools (Reusable Learning Objects and social networking) will be used to sustain and extend networks established during workshop. 

Other outputs:

  1. A framed research question and collaborators to develop a systematic review after the workshop
  2. Four peer-reviewed reusable learning objects (RLOs) - collaboratively developed
  3. A joint research publication on cultural challenges of assessing methodological rigor using transcribed data collected from recordings made during the RLO workshops
  4. A report on the process and output from the workshops including a critique on what worked well and how the process could have been strengthened to inform future initiatives of this kind

Methods

Workshop brings together experts in evidence based healthcare from two different global regions (UK and Brazil) to work with early career researchers to develop systematic review protocols to address real healthcare issues relevant to Brazil and the UK.
