Aims

To examine the gap between the rhetoric, the evidence and the practice of feeding back trial results to those who take part in cancer trials and identify best practice in this area. 

  • To investigate the relationship between the rhetoric, the evidence and the practice of feeding back trial results 
  • To examine the ethical and practical issues associated with feeding back trial results to participants 
  • To identify areas of best practice and future areas of research in relation to effective and appropriate feedback of trial results

Systematic review, survey and interviews.
