Primary School Travel Bursaries

Who can apply

We are happy to support you with your travel costs to the University, so you can apply for a travel bursary from us.

 Your school needs to be on our eligible schools list and you should already have a confirmed place on a primary school programme.

What you can apply for

You may apply for support of up to 30% of the total transport cost for your visit to the University.

Support provided will be limited dependent on demand, and therefore can’t be guaranteed.

Typically, applications are limited to one bursary per school each academic year. 

When to apply

Bursary applications must be submitted three weeks before a vist to the University.
