Tried stopping smoking but found it too difficult?
Not quite ready to quit?
Stopping smoking is hard.
Most pregnant women really want to stop smoking but only around half attempt it. Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for you and your baby’s health.
If you can’t quit, the next best thing is to smoke as little as possible. Smoking fewer cigarettes, can still benefit you and your baby.
It can even eventually help you quit altogether. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) such as patches or inhalators can really help with cutting down.
