What will I receive?
- An electronic degree certificate, sent by email
- A hard copy degree certificate and your diploma supplement, which contains a transcript of your marks
How do I receive my documents?
We will send your electronic documents to your personal email address and post your hard copy documents to your home address using Royal Mail tracked, unless you tell us you’d like to do something different. Please note, this service is not available for PO Box addresses. See below for alternative options.

Your details
To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:
- Full name - this will be printed on your certificate. If this is incorrect, you will need to follow these instructions
- Home address - this is the address we will send your certificate to
- Home email address - this is where we will send the email instructions and log in for you to download a copy of your certificate
You have until 5pm on 4 July to make changes to your name or address.
