Not attending?

Registration for our summer 2024 ceremonies has now closed. If you haven't registered a choice of how you would like to graduate, as long as you are eligible, you will automatically graduate in absentia and receive your certificate and transcripts through the post following our December ceremonies.

What to do if you've registered but can't make it?

If you have registered to attend a ceremony but can no longer attend, please contact the graduation team as soon as possible. You can also visit our FAQs for further information.

If you wish to defer and attend a ceremony next year, you need to let us know by 5pm on Friday 28 November.

Your details

To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:

  • Full name – this will be printed on your certificate. If this is incorrect, you will need to follow these instructions.
  • Home address – this is the address we will send your certificate to
  • Home email address – this is where we will send the email instructions and log in for you to download a copy of your certificate

You have until 5pm on 28 November to make changes to your name or address.
