Registration

Registration for our summer 2024 ceremonies has now closed. If you haven't registered a choice of how you would like to graduate, as long as you are eligible, you will automatically graduate in absentia and receive your certificates and transcripts through the post following our December ceremonies. 

For those that have registered to attend their ceremony, extra guest tickets may be available to purchase from 19 to 23 November. Visit our guest tickets page for more information.

Debt

If you have any outstanding debt owing to the university, you will not be able to graduate. Please review the finance tab in NottinghamHub if you are unsure. See our terms and conditions for more details. You have until 5pm on Thursday 28 November to clear any debts.

Visa information

If you or your guests require a visa in order to attend graduation, you will need to request a letter called a Confirmation of Student Status Letter (which will include your predicted graduation date). We recommend printing out the email you received inviting you to graduation as proof of your ceremony invitation, as this will also be required.

Your details

To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:

  • Full name – this will be printed on your certificate. If this is incorrect, you will need to follow these instructions.
  • Home address – this is the address we will send your certificate to
  • Home email address – this is where we will send the email instructions and log in for you to download a copy of your certificate

You have until 5pm on Thursday 28 November to make any changes to your name or address.
