A variety of staff will teach and support you during your time at Nottingham. Below are some of the key staff you may meet in the first week.

Student support

• Dr Alec Marshall (Postgraduate Taught Senior Tutor)

Personal tutor

All students are assigned a personal tutor who is an academic staff member in your department. They will be there to support you with both academic and personal matters, take an interest in your progress, and offer guidance on your personal development. They can also signpost to other forms of help and support (academic and pastoral) at the university. The name of your tutor will be available on NottinghamHub shortly before you arrive.
