Moodle
The University of Nottingham use a platform called Moodle which is a virtual learning environment where you will be able to find your learning materials (e.g., lecture slides), where to submit your assessments, etc. Each module on your course will have its own Moodle page, which will contain lecture handouts and recordings, assessment information, and all the information you’ll need for that module. You should aim to regularly check these to keep up to date with any module updates.
You can access Moodle the next working day after you have registered online. Please note it may take up to three days after you have registered for your mandatory modules to appear.
Natural Sciences community Moodle page
The Natural Sciences Community page contains important information about your course. This includes student handbooks as well as information about assessments, study abroad opportunities, placements, careers and more. You can also find information about who to contact for support.
The school will also send important announcements here, so you should regularly check this page to keep up to date with any information about your course throughout your studies.
