Triangle

Everyone at the University of Nottingham is here to help you succeed. That includes supporting you with your mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Once you have registered and activated your university email address, you will be able to access MyWellbeing (part of your online Student Life hub) - the university’s home for wellbeing support in one single location. MyWellbeing empowers you to manage and book appointments, sign-up for events and workshops, and access our library of resources.

This page highlights the support you will be able to receive via MyWellbeing (Support and Wellbeing Officers, University Counselling Service and University Mental Health Advisory Service) as well as wider support and resources across the university. You won’t be able to access MyWellbeing until you have your university username and password, but you can read about these services below in the meantime.

Support and wellbeing officers

Our Support and Wellbeing Team are based in academic schools and departments and are the first point of contact if you're seeking wellbeing support. The team offers practical advice and guidance and can help you find the right wellbeing support service. They can refer you on to our wider wellbeing team of support and wellbeing practitioners, counsellors and mental health advisors who can offer you more specialist advice and support or provide information about other local wellbeing services you can access.
