A healthy mind and body are important to good wellbeing , enjoying life and getting the most out of your study. Our six-month  health improvement campaign encourages us as individuals and a community to be proactive about our wellbeing. A healthy collective means a healthy university and you can impact positively on others wellbeing, as well as your own.

There are six themes to help support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing, Each month we will highlight one theme.
