Our web pages will also signpost you to support within the university and locally. If you are looking for support now visit Wellbeing Support.

University Mental Health Day

This year, University Mental Health Day is on Thursday 13 March. We will be highlighting the theme 'Take Notice' as part of HealthyU, HealthyUs, HealthyUniversity.

Between Monday 10 March to Friday 14 March there will be events and activities which raise awareness, offer guidance and signpost support.

Join us for the Wellbeing Fair on Tuesday 11 March in Portland Building, University Park. Througout March you can also take part in our Grateful Snaps competition and be in with a chance of winning a self-care hamper.
