A 3rd year PhD researcher in the Gene Regulation and RNA Biology lab within the School of Pharmacy. My research focuses on examining the interplay between the extracellular matrix and inflammation with a central focus on micro-RNA post-transcriptional regulation.
Examining the post-transcriptional regulation of the key inflammatory micro-RNA, miR-155, during early inflammation in macrophage cells.
