Our Food NPD Showcase was a great success, with our student teams treating us to 11 delicious new food products - all offering a new perspective on modern food science and technology.
Thank you to our judges Phil Lovell and Luca Webb from SmartParc, Dr. Terri Holloway and David Russell who had the unenviable task of picking a winner!
Their first place went to the delicious "Notti Bites" with their indulgent, high-fibre, chocolate truffles, created by Rhedd Harris, Beatrice Godber, Grace Carter, Eloise Bolton and Megan Burrows, with help from their industry partner Healy Group.
