Find a Temple
Bahá'í Temples are sometimes known as Houses of Worship or by an Arabic phrase – “Mashriqu’l-Adhkar” – which means “dawning-place of the remembrance of God.”
Bahá'í Temples are open to everyone. They are intended to unite all people in the love of one Creator. Each Bahá'í Temple has nine sides and nine doorways, symbolising the many paths to the one true God.
Bahá'í Temples exist on every continent, located in Australia, Chile, Germany, India, Panama, Samoa, Uganda and the USA. There are no Bahá'í Temples in the United Kingdom, but there are Bahá'í communities that you can get involved in. If you are looking for a Bahá'í community or would like to find out more about the Bahá'í faith there are some useful links on the Bahá'í-homepage and groups and societies page.
