Description: The Department of Modern Languages and Cultures and the Confucius Institute are co-organising a conference on Professional Competencies in Language Learning and Teaching on 12 July 2018 and 13 July 2018 on Jubilee Campus. Keynote speakers are Bernadette Holmes MBE, Director of Speak to the Future, the National Campaign for Languages, and Dr John Morley, Chair of the Association of University Language Centres and UNILANG Steering Committee.
