Thomas Waller, a first-year Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies PhD student researching the Portuguese-language cultural production of Africa, has recently published an article entitled "Translatability and the 'African Modern' in Mozambican Contemporary Art', and appeared in the The Contemporary Journal earlier this month as part of their 'On Translations' series. The journal is the digital platform of the local art institution Nottingham Contemporary.
