REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You are now invited to register for Phonons 2015 using the University of Nottingham Web Shop.
The shop accepts payments by credit and debit card only. If it is absolutely impossible for you to pay using a personal or institution card, please contact the conference secretary to arrange for payment by invoice or bank transfer. However, please note that there will be an additional administration charge for making payment by any method other than credit or debit card.
Three registration packages are available:
(1) Registration without accommodation - includes the full conference technical sessions and social program, but delegates will make their own accommodation arrangements (we will provide a link to Nottingham Hotels on the accommodation page). This option is the only one available to delegates who wish to bring guests, as only single accommodation is available in the Hall of Residence.
(2) Registration with en-suite accommodation - includes the full conference technical sessions and social program, plus on-campus bed and breakfast accommodation in a single room with en-suite facilities inAncaster Hall of Residence.
(3) Student registration with accommodation - a lower cost package that might be attractive to students and those on a reduced budget, which includes the full conference technical sessions plus on-campus bed and breakfast accommodation in a single room with shared bathroom facilities in Ancaster Hall of Residence. This package does NOT include the excursion and conference dinner.
The on-campus accommodation packages are for 5 nights (check-in 12 July, check out 17 July), but it is possible to reserve extra nights 11 and/or 17 July as an option to match your travel arrangements.
The deadline for early-bird registrations with a £50 discount is May 15th.
