Our team of 280+ is made up of a range of roles from customer facing and technical positions in our Service Delivery function (Service Desk, IT/AV Technicians, Support Engineers, Application Support, Cyber Security, Service Management) to analysis and change, development, UX and project roles in our Service Design function (Business Analysts, Change Leads, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Application Developers, Test Analysts) as well as opportunities in Enterprise Architecture and within our Intelligent Client Function acting as the engine room of the department with roles in Administration, Quality, Risk, Communications, Partnering, Transformation and Portfolio/Resource Management.
