Kathy Seymour
Kathy Seymour, Survey Assistant, is responsible for project management and administration within the Survey Unit and has a particular interest in and experience of educational research. She has worked closely with CDELL during previous collaborations and has recently undertaken a key role in the survey element of the ‘Impact of School Leadership on Pupil Outcomes’ project for colleagues in the School of Education’s Teacher and Leadership Research Centre.
In her previous role as a researcher for the National Foundation for Educational Research she undertook large-scale data collection projects and administered surveys and trials of assessment materials and co-authored: Minnis, M; Seymour, K and Schagen, I (1998) National Results of Years 3, 4 and 5 Optional Tests Slough: NFER. Kathy has also worked as a research assistant in local government and was involved in analysing and presenting school assessment and performance data.
