Dr Ken Levine
Dr Ken Levine is the Survey Unit Director. He has
extensive experience conducting both
quantitative and qualitative social research and administering research
projects on behalf of clients. A major element of recent work has
been the assessment of the effectiveness of aspects of professional
training including projects on professional development programmes,
library support for research staff and students, IT skills training
programmes, post registration medical education and return-to-work
programmes for NHS professionals. He teaches part-time in the School
of Sociology and Social Policy and is the co-author of (2001) Surveying
the Social World: principles and practice in survey research, Open
University Press.
