LittleBean
New start-up company, LittleBean began their journey when their founder and director spotted a gap in the market for baby-led weaning finger foods. Following a concentrated phase of recipe trial and development, the company have produced a range of frozen products including banana muffins, veggie burgers and oat bars aimed primarily at the baby-led weaning market. Manufactured by hand, the products will be sold direct to consumers in the local business area, with an initial sales route via social media platforms.
LittleBean required support in manufacturing Food Safety Management and pre-pack labelling regulations.
The Food Innovation Centre provided us with in-depth knowledge and technical support, which was key to Littlebean achieving a recent Food Hygiene rating Level 5. We are now looking forward to growing our business, knowing that the Food Innovation Centre are there to support us along the way.
