When to get help?

So when do you need to contact your diabetes team?

When my blood glucose levels are high and I do not know how to get them down, I contact my diabetes team.

I was unwell and my glucose levels went up. I did not know what to do so I contacted my diabetes team.

When my blood glucose levels were low, I also needed their help.

Your diabetes team is there to help you manage your diabetes. Contact them when you need support.
