You will also find that journals either include articles on general topics or are more specific in their coverage. For example, the Journal of Advanced Nursing covers all aspects of nursing. Journals such as “Accident and Emergency Nursing” or “Nursing Management” are examples of journals that focus on specific aspects of healthcare.
