Event support

The Bars Team has a dedicated co-ordinator who offers support to all students, staff, residents, JCR committees and societies wishing to host an event. The bar team can support with:

• Event ideas
• Guidance on hall event policies and procedures
• Information of historical events
• Guidance on license requirements
• Applying for a temporary event notice
• Guidance on time-scales
• Submission of an events form
• Supply of events equipment
• Supply of decorations
• Food and drink packages
• Promotional material
• Operational support on the day

If you would like to host an event elsewhere on University Park or Jubilee Campus the Bars Team can organise a mobile bar service to support your event
