About the session

Managing your own work schedule and meeting deadlines at university requires organisation and motivation to follow plans. Procrastination can hinder our progress, cause anxiety, and affect our motivation. This session will help you to understand and address the root causes of procrastination and help you to pinpoint the extrinsic and intrinsic factors which keep you motivated to study. 

This Study Skills webinar is open to all students at all levels, from any subject area.
