Healthy U
University Mental Health Day
University Mental Health Day (UMHD) brings together the university community to make mental health a university-wide priority and create ongoing year-round change to the future of student mental health.
This year, UMHD is on Thursday 13 March. Throughout the week, there will be opportunities for students and staff to engage in events and activities that aim to raise awareness of mental health, highlight what support is available and help students to manage their wellbeing
Events in libraries can be found below or visit the University Mental Health Day webpage for the full events listing.
