About the session

Being a postgraduate taught student can sometimes feel a bit like being in limbo: you are not an undergraduate, and usually only have one year to become part of the university and complete your course. So, how can you feel fully part of the university and the School you are studying in? In this session we will look at the structure of the university, timings of the university year, engaging with academic events in your area and feeling empowered as a postgraduate student.
