As a qualitative researcher, Dr Sanchez-Campos specialises in the influence of language on society and the way social power abuse and inequalities are reproduced and/or resisted by text and talk. Press media is one of my means of study. Topics of expertise fall into two main categories: Higher Education policies and the impact of markets in HE systems and students.
Dr Sanchez-Campos can also discuss issues that relate to social inequalities and the impact of market policies (i.e. tuition fees) on students and families in the UK and other HE international contexts (such as Europa and LatAm)
He also has expertise in social marketing, vulnerable consumers and social justice when referring to access to the market place (i.e low income families, migrants or asylum seekers/refugees). Any decision made by corporations that leaves consumers out of access to a market (ie. railway companies moving to online ticketing only).
