Registration

You must register your choice of how you would like to graduate before your results are published.

An invitation to register will be sent to your university email address. Registration opens at 10am on 23 April and closes at 12 noon on 13 June.

You will then be able to log into NottinghamHub and click on the graduation tile to complete the registration form.

You will have three options to choose from:

Attend your graduation ceremony – come and celebrate with us! For those who prefer, a quieter, smaller ceremony is also available.
Defer your graduation - if you can't make your ceremony, you can choose to defer and attend your ceremony at a later date. If you choose to defer your graduation, you will not receive your certificate until your chosen graduation date.
Graduate in absentia - if you decide not to attend a ceremony, you will graduate in absentia and have your certificate posted to you after the ceremony.

If you do not register by the deadline and are confirmed as eligible, you will automatically graduate in absentia, and your certificate will be sent to you.

As part of registration, you are able to book up to two free guest tickets, but these must be ordered by the time registration closes. Where available, extra tickets may be available to purchase from 19 to 27 June. Visit our guest tickets webpage for further information.
