Module: Information for Pharmacy Courses
In addition to course information, you will find the following information on Moodle:
Module pages (e.g. PHAR1017 Cardiovascular and haematology)
These Moodle pages should be regularly visited – at least once a week and are an integral part of the delivery of the course. In addition to resources supporting your learning, such as lecture slides and videos, resources for further reading, etc, you will also find information about exam and coursework assessments.
All coursework will be electronically submitted via links available on the Moodle pages.
Careers and Placements page
On this page, you will find information supporting your career and, if you are on the MSci course, search for placements. You will find links to organisations for professionals, such as the Academy for Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as links to resources of the Careers and Employability Service.
These resources are a valuable addition to the sessions that are planned across each year of your course. They provide further detail about finding work experience over the summer, and detailed advice on preparing your CV and cover letters.
