Our facilities

The University of Nottingham has excellent facilities and we’re continuously investing in spaces for students.

Across our UK campuses you'll find:

• lecture and seminar rooms to suit a variety of needs, as well as areas for individual or group study and places to relax when you aren't studying
• access to podcasts, lecture recordings, Wi-Fi and a free laptop loan service
• eight libraries, including the refurbished George Green Library, with extended opening hours during term-time,* containing a huge number of resources, including almost a million print books, 300,000 ebooks, and 180,000 journals
• five Graduate Centres for postgraduate students, supported by the Researcher Academy

*In 2022-23, three libraries opened 24/7 for most of term-time.
