Assistive technology rooms

Assistive technology rooms are bookable spaces that provide access to assistive technology and hardware to support your studies.

How to book

 Assistive Technology Rooms can be booked using Click and Study.

  1. Select 'Assistive Technology and Enhanced Support Rooms' from the 'Location' drop down box.
  2. Select your preferred library from the 'Category' drop down box and click 'Show availability'.
  3. Select your preferred room, time and date.
  4. Follow the instructions to submit your booking.
  5. Your booking request will be sent to a member of staff to approve.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

On arrival

  • Collect the key from the lending desk (you have 30 minutes from the beginning of the booking to collect)
  • You will need to sign for it and show your University or Library Card
  • Return the key to the lending desk at the end of the session
