A workshop to explore using your voice for fun, relaxation and wellbeing.
This workshop uses basic singing and sound making so no need for any singing experience.
Sound can do amazing things like balance your brain, improve your immune system, help with relaxation, reduce stress and heighten your consciousness.
There’s no promise that this workshop will do these things but it might be worth finding out.
