*Please note, due to limited room availability we cannot provide accommodation on the night of Wednesday 26 April. If you plan to arrive in Nottingham on Wednesday 26 April, you can book yourself a room in any of the following hotels in and around University Park Campus:
- Orchard Hotel, NG7 2RJ;
- Travelodge Nottingham Wollaton Park, NG8 2NR;
- Hylands Hotel, NG9 1JB;
- Star Inn, NG9 1FX;
- Jubilee Hotel, NG8 1DH.
Participants are invited to submit poster abstracts. During registration, there is the possibility to indicate whether the submitted abstract should be considered for a contributed talk.
Students whose abstracts are upgraded to contributed talks will obtain a discount of the registration fee.
The organising committee will review the submissions and let the successful participants know in due course. The organising committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstract submissions.
The social dinner will take place on board of the
Princess River Cruiser, departing at 19:00 for an evening cruise on river Trent. A buffet meal will be provided. A bus has been arranged to take all attendees from University Park Campus to the boarding dock, located 2 miles from Nottingham city centre.
Attendees who will be driving to the campus need to contact Louise Cowell (Louise.Cowell@nottingham.ac.uk) to obtain a parking voucher.
Please note: the main visitors car park is undergoing major refurbishment works and currently there are limited parking places available. Several other car parks are available across the campus, please check the campus map to find where they are.

The symposium will be held at the School of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Nottingham, in the beautiful University Park Campus.
