17. Summary

This learning tool has given you some things to think about when preparing, planning and running the ward rounds that you are involved in.

Throughout the research often it is the small things that have made the biggest difference to patients, and the things that they remember most. We have compiled these into a list of ‘good ideas’ so that you can try some out, or think of your own.
