Best practice solution:
Eunice need to develop awareness and knowledge about her own cultural heritage, beliefs and professional practices when providing care. She needs to discuss with her mentor the similarities and differences between professional and cultural practices in different countries. In this case Eunice should say to Mary "I am sorry I am unable to answer you but I will go immediately and ask my mentor and come back to you with an answer."
