It is a well known that loneliness is a global phaenomenon that migrants may experience regardless of cultural identity and believes. It affects 1 in 4 migrants in the Netherlands and even 58% of migrants living in London.
This situation has been aggravated by the COVID19 pandemic which has generated feelings of depression, anxiety and loneliness in 50% of all refugees and migrants in the world.
It can happen to anyone, but keep believing in yourself. You can find the way to feel good about yourself and others again.
