Loneliness is a normal psychological status that millions of people are dealing with. In case you experience it, it is important to seek help.
It is normal that in an unwanted loneliness situation, people experience negative feelings such as sadness, anger, or rage. If this is your case, you need to surround yourself with people that support you and be kind to you. You can start by knowing your neighborhood and gradually establish ties. You can start by some associations, like neighborhood or cultural associations, sport clubs, parents’ associations, neighborhood networks on your district or city… All of them can be part of your informal support network. But also with your doctor or social worker. You can share with them how you feel and they will guide you.
And remember: You matter. Take some time to appreciate everything you've done, everything you are working for, and everything you will achieve.
